MARY PARKMAN received her BFA at Cornell University, and also studied at Pratt Institute, the Vermont Studio Colony, the New York Studio School, and in 1994-5 at the International School of Art. She was the Design Manager for the Gillette Co. before leaving the corporate world to devote herself to painting. She recently had a show at Prince Street Gallery in New York, where she lives and works.
